When a Foodscience AMT system has been installed and commissioned, we can provide a full process validation exercise to address the requirements of HACCP regulations and prepare our customers for third party audits.
This service can also be provided for growers and processors wishing to characterise their current process prior to installing a Foodcience AMT system.
We draw up a detailed test protocol for all aspects of the validation process comparing pre- and post-treatment contamination levels at various stages of the fresh produce and water treatment cycles. We work closely with accredited external microbiological service providers to ensure independence of the test data.
Upon conclusion of the validation process, we provide customers with a detailed report highlighting the decontamination efficacy of the system and identifying critical control points and process steps that may require to be addressed.
