iOX is a patented technology that generates HydromaxFresh or PoultryMax safely at the point of use within food processing factories and mobile harvesting platforms. Safety in use is a primary consideration and the active component, chlorine dioxide, is generated in a safe, low-pressure chamber and held as a concentrate in a batch tank within the iOX machine ready for injection into produce wash water. Chemical precursors are transported from bulk storage under vacuum to reduce risk of leakage or spillage.
The iOX system is accessible remotely through SMART devices for online process monitoring and control with data storage of batch records.
