PoultryMax

PoultryMax reduces the risk of microbial cross-contamination in bird flocks at various stages of poultry production and processing from hatchery to slaughterhouse.

Drinking water

Continuous low-level dosing of PoultryMax in poultry drinking water can reduce the risk of bacterial- and other microbial cross-contamination in water systems in breeding sheds, free range birds and during transportation between sites.

Slaughterhouse

PoultryMax reduces microbial contamination during cleaning and processing of poultry carcases in slaughterhouses for a wide range of bacteria, including E coli, Campylobacter, Pseudomonas.

It is effective at reducing the Total Viable Count in heavily contaminated scald tanks with elevated temperatures. If used in a chilled final wash process, it slows the rate of spoilage in fresh poultry and extends shelf life for up to 12 days at 50 C.

PoultryMax reduces occurrence rates of Campylobacter in poultry to levels that match or exceed the guideline limits set by the FSA for retail chickens.
